Hi there. I´m back. I've been a little busy to come and post something but the reason why is this small pastel. It took me some time to finish it. The picture I used to make it, was one of the last ones my grandmother tooked before dying three months ago. She is holding my nephew who, at the time, was only one month old. I don't usualy paint babies because it still is too hard for me to do their cute little faces but he deserves to be an exception.

Olá a todos. Estou de volta. Estive um pouco ocupado para vir aqui e dizer alguma coisa mas a razao é este pequeno pastel. Demorei algum tempo para o acabar. A imagem que usei para o fazer, foi uma das últimas que a minha avó tirou antes de morrer há três meses atrás. Ela está a segurar o meu sobrinho, que na altura, só tinha um mês de idade. Eu não costumo pintar bebés porque ainda me é muito difícil fazer as suas caras lindas e pequenas, mas ele merece ser uma excepção.

Em cima está um pormenor da cara da minha avó.

Hi. That's why I love to come back to my country. I don't know, but every time I come back it seems I do some of my best works. I really should spend more time at home.
This is another one of the 3D buildings series but this time I decided to post part of the process that envolves them.
I think you already figured out the order of the pics but, in case you hadn't, here it goes.
First pic was taken when I decided how to arrange the boxes (already looks great doesn't it??). Second pic is after the first coat of paint (actually, this was how I wanted it in first place but because I am not very good at doing the boxes, I decided to paint it again in a darker color just to hide the irregular ones). Third pic came a little bit later:) You don´t see the entire process of the windows and stars, just the finished piece.
Another gift this one. Maybe next time I'll keep one of these paintings to myself. Maybe:)

Olá. É por isto que adoro voltar ao meu país. Não sei, mas de cada vez que volto, parece que faço alguns dos meus melhores trabalhos. Na verdade devia passar mais tempo em casa.
Este é outro da série dos edifícios em 3D mas desta vez decidi fazer o post do processo que os envolve. Penso que já se aperceberam da ordem das fotos mas, no caso de não o terem feito, aqui vai.
A primeira foto foi tirada quando decidi como organizar as caixas (já parece fixe, não já??). A segunda foto é depois da primeira camada de tinta (na verdade, era assim que eu o queria mas por causa de eu não ser muito bom a fazer caixas, decidi pintá-lo com uma cor mais escura só para esconder as que estavam irregulares). A terceira foto já veio um pouco tarde de mais:) Vocês nao conseguem ver o processo das janelas e das estrelas, só a peça final.
Este é outra prenda. Talvez na próxima vez eu guarde uma destas pinturas para mim. Talvez:)

Hi folks. Long time no see (or write, in this case). I'm in my country for now and had the chance to paint again. Not much time to do everything. It's family, friends, work.....

I hope you like it. It's made with those paints you have at home to cover the walls and is situated in the locker room of the shop of my brother in law.

Because it is the place the workers shower, I thought it was apropriated to do something related with water. Too bad I can't take the picture in a better angle....

It's surf time....

Olá pessoal. Já vai algum tempo que não nos vemos (ou escrevo, neste caso). Estou no meu país por agora e tive a oportunidade de pintar de novo. Não há muito tempo pra fazer tudo. É a familia, os amigos, trabalho....

Espero que gostem. É feito com tinta daquela que se tem por casa para pintar as paredes e está situado nos balneários da oficina do meu cunhado.

Como é no sitío onde os trabalhadores tomam banho, achei apropriado fazer alguma coisa relacionada com água. É pena que não consiga tirar a foto de um ângulo melhor....

É hora de surf......

Hi everybody, sorry for the delay but didn't had the opportunity to paint in the last weeks.

I'm preparing my second album (even if the first one is not in the streets yet) but I will try to do my best for the blog. As soon as I have all the sounds ready I will start painting again, until then, it is such a great of a task that I decided that painting is not my priority. Sorry.

Olá a todos, desculpem-me pela demora mas não tenho tido oportunidade de pintar nas últimas semanas. Estou a preparar o meu segundo album (mesmo que o primeiro ainda não esteja na rua) mas vou tentar dar o meu melhor pelo blog. Assim que tiver os sons prontos eu começo a pintar outra vez, até lá, é uma tarefa tão grande que decidi que pintura não é a minha prioridade. Desculpem-me.
